Members
FDI membership is represented across four categories, including:
Regular members
Regular Members are National Dental Associations that are recognised by the FDI as principal associations and significant representatives of the legal and certified dental profession in their own countries and which have fulfilled the requirements of membership.
Associate members
Associate Members are National Dental Associations that are recognised by FDI World Dental Federation as significant representatives of the legal and certified dental profession in their own countries and which have fulfilled the requirements of membership, but for reasons acceptable to the FDI do not wish to hold Regular membership.
Affiliate members
Affiliate Members include not-for-profit international dental associations representing dental organisations whose missions and goals are in line with those of FDI World Dental Federation.
Supporting members
Supporting Members include not-for-profit international organisations and national organisations with an international role, which have objectives in, or are related to the field of dentistry.
