Post Congress Excursions
The Arabian Jewel (Abu Dhabi)
Discover the wonders of Abu Dhabi, the capital of the Emirates, known as the Arabian Jewel. On our way, we will pass by the Jebel Ali Port, the biggest man-made port in the world. On arrival, the first destination is the Women's Handicraft Centre, to admire the skill and dexterity of local ladies making traditional handicrafts. The tour then proceeds to Abu Dhabi's oldest building, Al Husn Palace and to the Heritage Village, the depository of Abu Dhabi’s artifacts. The tour will take a break at the Hilton Baynunah Hotel to refresh and taste the special lunch prepared for the group. At the Petroleum Exhibition learn about 'black gold' (oil), and then enjoy a magnificent view of the city after driving along the beautiful Corniche to the Breakwater. Before returning to Dubai the tour will visit the Dhow Yard, where wooden ships are still being built using simple tools.

The Garden City (Al Ain)
Enjoy a great day out taking the sights and sounds of the beautiful Garden City of Al Ain and part of the Sultanate of Oman. The tour begins with a drive through the fascinating and ever changing desert scenery before reaching the Hajar Mountains. In Al Ain, we visit the museum and the renovated old palace of H.H.Sheikh Zayed, ruler of Abu Dhabi and President of the U.A.E. After this a lunch break will be given at Intercontinental Hotel. The next destination is the camel market, the largest in the U.A.E. Step back in time at the Hili Gardens, famous for the archaeological excavations from the third millennium B.C. Pause to admire the breathtaking red sand dunes with time for a photo stop on the return to Dubai.

The Mystic Musandam (Sea Safari)
Depart by road to join our fascinating Musandam leisure trip starting from Omani Dibba Port. Board the wooden Dhow/Speed Boat & sail through the beautiful fjords of Musandam. Visit the Haffa Beach & Haffa Village and enjoy a relaxing swim in the Gulf of Oman and basic snorkeling. A delicious picnic lunch is served. The tour continues to the famous Stone Houses, fishing villages, village of Zeke, spectacular White Mountains, cutting rocks and other beautiful bays of Musandam. Return to the port with memories of “mystic Musandam”.

Emirates Mountains (East Coast and Hatta)
Experience the scenery of UAE’s fabulous mountains. Passing through peaceful Al Dhaid you are met by the contrast of slowly rising, unyielding rock formations of the Hajar Mountains. Be amazed at the lively “Friday Market” set in the midst of this seemingly remote mountain landscape. Continue to Fujairah, passing amazing formations of wadis and cliffs. In Fujairah the old Fort, built on a hilltop, bears witness to an exciting past. Drive to the coastal village of Kalba and proceed on the newly constructed tarmac road - revealing a masterpiece of scenic architecture. Pass through UAE’s first tunnel carved straight through the mountain. Reaching Hatta we visit the Heritage Village. On our return we stop at the magnificent Lehbab sand dunes.
